Our villa is set in Chatham Park, which is located just off Highway 192 which for those who don't know is packed with all kinds of shops, markets, discount stores, restaurants and bars. We are just a 10 minute drive away from Walt Disney World.
Chatham Park is a quiet development and has the added bonus of its own on-site security which patrol the area on a regular basis. It also has a large community pool, tennis courts, childrens' play park, basketball courts and a lake.
As well as Disney World, we are also close to all the other major attractions, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, Kennedy Space Center and Miami, to name but a few.
Our villa is a 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed home with its own private heated pool which is heated FREE OF CHARGE.
It is fully equipped with everything you should need to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.
The house is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
We have a computer which has high-speed internet access as well as a secure wireless connection for laptops.

a cleaning fee will be added to 7 night stays or less.
Our terms and conditions are non negotiable and will be sent to you with your booking form.
a deposit of £100 / $150 per week booked is required.
The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your departure.
A security deposit of £150 / $200 is required with payment of your balance and will be returned to you within 14 days of your return home providing there has been no damage to our property.
The house is checked before you arrive and on your departure for any damages by our Management team.

The Air conditioned lounge/dining area is fully furnished with two large sofas, There are two small tables with lamps on, and also a ceiling fan. You will also find a TV with Digital cable, DVD player, and a audio system system which has a built in radio, there is also a wide selection of dvd's and cd's for you to enjoy. We have some board games like monopoly, connect 4, and battleships, for those quiet family evenings, Or we have an AIRHOCKEY TABLE a FOOTBALL TABLE (foosball) and an electronic dart board (with safety darts), which can be found in the garage.
The dining area has a large dining table that will comfortably seat six people.
The patio doors lead out to the pool area and are alarmed so that the kids can't sneak out for a swim without you knowing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and all the cutlery and utensils you will need should you decide to cook for yourself during your stay. We have also added a breakfast table which seats 4.
Bedroom Facilities

The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning to keep you cool during the night. There is also a large walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. It also has a large dresser complete with mirror and a walk in closet.
Bedroom 3 has a full size bunk bed (a double on the bottom and a single on top)and a single bed and walk-in-closet.

Bathroom Facilities

There are towels and bedding in the bathrooms for use in the villa, and there are spare towels in the closet outside the second bathroom.
The Master Bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, which consists of a vanity unit with large mirror and round light bulbs along the top of the mirror. There is a large round Roman Tub with shower above and glass sliding doors and a toilet. You will also find a hairdryer, straightners and tongs in the vanity unit.
Bathroom 2 is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a bath with overhead shower and glass sliding doors, a toilet and a vanity unit with large well lit mirror and a wash basin.

In the pool area you will find a table and chairs, two sun loungers and two smaller tables for your drinks while sunbathing. The pool should be a comfortable 82 - 85 degrees, just right to cool you off after a hard day at one of the many theme parks Florida has to offer. The pool is heated all year round (WHICH IS NOW FREE !!) There is a pool cover for those chilly evenings. Cover the pool before you go to bed and in the morning the pool will be lovely and warm for your morning swim.
The BBQ is available if you fancy a bit of alfresco dining. The pool area is completely covered in by a mesh screened enclosure so no little bugs will be eating your BBQ with you.
We have a drive way the you can get two mid size cars on and the garage houses some games tables for your use.
there is a nice size garden for the kids to kick a ball around too if they want to.
