Eco-friendly villa in one of Italy’s best kept secret towns amongst the northern lakes which can accommodate up to 8 people. Situated in the hillside of Bergamo, a medioeval walled town, close to the shopping mecca of Milan, the beautiful villages of lake Iseo, Garda and Como.
The property is a four-bedroom secluded eco villa. The refurbished property has been adapted with sustainable local materials, in keeping with the surrounding picturesque woodland, winding roads and eye-catching views of open countryside. Heating and hot water is powered by solar panels, integrated with a wood burner. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower, and a balcony. There is a big indoor dining area with open fireplace, a state of the art country-kitchen, patio with dining area and a terrace with a hot-tub.
We have a local chef at disposal for clients who require one and she cooks just regional recipes using ingredients from the local farmers.

A deposit of 25% for each week is payable when booking. This is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation notification. We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the 25% deposit is not paid within 2 weeks of booking. Cancellation notification is required in writing by post or by e-mail and must be either signed by or originate from the same e-mail address as the person who booked. For those clients who book within eight weeks of their departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Balance due 8 weeks bfeore arrival. For cancellation within 8 weeks of departure the client remains liable for the following charges : 42-55 days : 50% 29-41 days : 70% 22-28 days : 90% 0-21 days : 100%. An additional ' breakages deposit ' of £200 is required. fully refundable.
