Casa Gentili (along with the annex Casa Rosa) provide the perfect base for exploring the Italian gems of Florence and Sienna.
Providing spacious, high quality accommodation the villa also has a Grand Terrace, ideal for BBQs and enjoying the breathtaking views, a large pool with a spacious patio, gardens and an orchard for guests enjoyment.
The villa and annex, recently refurbished with high quality fixtures and fittings including a locally handmade kitchen in chestnut and granite; stunning bathrooms and bedrooms and living rooms with 1930s handpainted decorative borders. The main dining room has a wood panel ceiling, and impressive stone arch leading to a living area with a large open fire.
Casa Gentili is the areas first house (manor house), while the adjoining Casa Rosa was the servants quarters. The properties can be let together or individually.
In-house catering is also available.
Both propoerties have full central heating making them ideal for all year round letting.

Discounts are available on 2 weeks or more (20% on the second week).

Caprese Michelangelo is the birthplace of the great artist Michelagelo, and is one of those undiscovered Tuscan gems. The stunning setting of the villa, in the small hamlet of Colle San Polo provides a real feel of rural Italy, while the full range of local faciliites are only a short distance away.

October is truffle and chestnut season, while November is the when the olives are pressed. Local wine and oil tasting can be arranged at one of the oldest oil mills in Italy. Finished to a high standard Casa Gentili has two living areas and a large dining room and kitchen.
One living room (the family room) has three large sofas, easy chair, games, books, DVDs etc. The living room has the large open fire, a leather 3 piece suite, CD player and books to enjoy.
Of the four large double bedrooms, one is en-suite. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and the fourth is a large twin room.
In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a very large family bathroom, and a shower room.
Casa Rosa has a comfortable open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The modern kitchen is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher.

The area of Capresse Michelangelo is one of the most stunning locations in Italy.
Adjacent to the house is a national way marked walk route. a short drive is the National Park and the stunning location of La Verne, where St Frances received his stigmatas. 15mins away is the hilltop town of Anghiari (one the top 10 towns in Italy), and at the bottom the hill is the larger town of Sansepolcro, famous for its pasta (home to the Buitoni family), and birthplace of the artist Piero Della Francesco.
Casa Gentili provides an ideal base for day trips to Florence, Sienna, Perugia, San Marino, Rimini, Assisi.
