Property rental Conditions
A 20% deposit, non refundable, is required with any booking. The balance to be paid six weeks before the start of your booking, or in full on booking if less than six weeks to the booking date.
Payment can be made in Pounds Sterling or in Euros. The preferred payment method is by bank transfer, although payments by cheque are accepted.
A security deposit of £150, or 200 Euros, is also required when paying the balance. The apartment will be checked shortly after you leave, and subject to their being no breakages the deposit will be refunded to you straight away.

The living room features a 32" flat screen TV with Sky TV and all Spanish channels, a DVD player and broadband internet. Bring your laptop with you and have full use of the internet right in the apartment, or on the terrace.
The dining area seats six for a meal, or choose to eat on the terrace, again there is seating for six people. A gas barbecue, great in the summer, can be supplied on the terrace.

There are two superb large swimming pools on the complex, the apartment overlooks the smaller of the two, the second one is down a few steps in front of you. Both pools can clearly be seen from the apartments terrace.
The apartment is a first floor 'Penthouse' apartment in a block of four, there is no apartment above you. Access to the front door is via the stairs or by the lift. The lift takes you down to the ground floor or to the underground garage where there is a parking space for your car.
