With swimming pool and lovely garden, 6 km from Torre Guaceto beach, Villa Silvia is the second biggest flat on the 9000 sqm grounds with vast lawns and is completely fenced in.
The Estate is very spacious and shared in zones: there is a small pine forest, a garden with palms and green meadow, a solarium, the pool area and a terrace for each flat where eat outside.

The house, equipped with an alarm system which is connected directly to the security main office, can sleep 4 + 2. It has 2 bedrooms (one master bedroom), a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace, and a cooking area, all on one floor. Outside there is a laundry room. The main entrance faces the solarium and the private swimming pool with angle relax.
Outside on the left there is a characteristic structure with a wood-burning stove and a barbeque, where one can enjoy preparing delicious pizzas or grilled meat from the nearby farmhouses, renowned for their authenticity.

Last Minute: If you book a villa within 21 days of your arrival, you will have 20% of discount and pay only when arrive
Last Second: If you book a villa within fifteen days of your arrival, you will have 30% of discount and pay only when arrive
We offer a welcome first meal in italy comprising of pasta, salad and local cheese, fruit and wine

The price is comprensive of electricity, gas, water, linen for beds and towels with weekly change, washing machine, air conditioning and swimming pool.
To book we ask 40% of amount arranged by bank transfer, and we will confirm receipt of payment by E-Mail.
In case of cancelled 45 days before the date of arrival, you will be refunded the 50% of the bank transfer, while the account will be held back completely when cancels it had to subsequently.
When arrive we also ask for a security returnable deposit of 100 euro in advance. The security deposit will be delivered to the moment of your departure.
The cleaning upon departure are not inclusive, so you can be performed from yourselves or pay a supplement of 25 euro
