Finca Jacaranda is located in a really beautiful situation with three terraces all
for the guests sole use, they can choose between sun-bathing on the large south terrace with views of the mediterranean, or be sipping a nice glass of rioja in the shade on the east terrace. On the west terrace the 8 mtr x 4 mtr Swimming pool is located. Because of the layout it is easy to keep a check on children using the the pool, whilst sunbathing on a nearby lounger.
The total of sunshine in a day in summer, with sunset well into the evening, is a lot longer in Andalucia making eating alfresco a real joy. Sat near the BBQ with nice food, what more could be better for your holiday. Even in November/ February and May/June the temperature can be 25 degrees or more, which is a very pleasant temperature for those not into sunbathing but prefer to explore more of this beautiful part of Spain and its white villiages. For the more active in the winter months the Sierra Nevada is about 1.5 hours drive away, making it possible to be skiing in the morning, having a nice meal on the beach in the afternoon and be home in the finca in the evening sat in front of the glowing woodburning stove.

The house stands on a plot of 12,000 sq mtrs and is south facing, built on the site of the original Ruin which was over 400 years old. A part of which still stands at the rear of the house. The new house was constructed by the owner when he retired here in 2003, having every modern convenience from SAT TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, drinks fridge and fully equipped kitchen, and a large Barbeque outside, leaving nothing needed for your total enjoyment and holiday. For people who need access to the internet for a laptop there is a point in the salon. The mix of modern and old Spanish blends nicely with this new building, but keeping in the Andalusian style.

The villa is all on one level, with only one step down to the west terrace, with views to the sea, and five white villages, very tranquil, and a nice place to relax.

it is not too far to go to enjoy a drink and tapas or dine out at a local restaurant in Bernamagosa scarcely 3 km away from the Finca. Also having a bank and supermarket, the nearest large town is Velez Malaga approx 20 minutes away, with the seaside town of Torre del Mar next just 30 minutes from the finca.
