Majestic private villa in stunning scenery, sleeping 12/14 guests + 2 infants, with floodlit pool (12x6m)
Renovation of this beautifully restored Marche holiday rental villa was completed in June 2007. It boasts stunning views over Marche countryside and the Sibillini mountains and has a large floodlit pool.
Views from the covered portico and first floor terrace are truly breathtaking, with most of the Sibillini mountain chain in full view - including Monte Sibilla and Monte Priora from which the villa takes its name - with the medieval hilltop town of Amandola nestled invitingly below.
The separate converted barn to the side of the main property has a separate double en suite bedroom and living room with fully fitted kitchen, which can be rented with the main property or on its own if the main property is not in use.
Great walking from your doorstep and a large lawned garden bordered by woodland below. The nearest restaurant is a 20 minute walk or a very short drive and the nearest bar a five minute drive.
Amandola and Comunanza are both a ten minute drive and have a good range of bars and restaurants as well as shops, gelatarias, banks and a hospital.

Property rental Conditions
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the final balance payable a minimum of four weeks before arrival. If you need to cancel AND we can re-let your week(s), then a full refund will be made. If it remains un-let as a result of the cancellation a refund will not be made.
The letting period is from 4pm Saturday to 10am on the Saturday of the final week. While every effort will be made to accommodate entry prior to 4pm this cannot be guaranteed as we place high priority on cleaning and preparation.
Guests are required to vacate the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. You will be liable to make good or pay for any damage to the accommodation and its contents that you or your party may cause.
The number of people occupying the property must not exceed 14 + 2 infants.
Heating charged separately based on meter reading at the beginning and end of rental period.
Easter, Christmas and New Year are considered mid season.

We are lucky at Casa Sibilla to be able to offer a huge range of activities within a very few miles...
The towns of Amandola, Comunanza and Monte San Martino are a ten minute drive away. Amandola has a very pretty market square full of life, lovely cafes, boutiques and restaurants and is seen by many as the gateway to the spellbindingly beautiful Monti Sibillini National Park.
Nature lovers, walkers, mountain bikers, paragliders, mountaineers, skiers or simply lovers of the great outdoors will be spoilt.
But if you prefer you can enjoy the views from your table at one of the many osterias and agriturismos common throughout the area, providing wonderful cuisine at affordable prices and often stunning vistas from their windows and balconies.
In the summer months fairs, fiestas and festivals are in constant competition around the local towns, so just look out for the street signs that criss-cross the roads in each town and village, announcing their special culinary delights and when to savour them.
There are many museums and galleries in the area with famous painters such as Rafael and Crivelli in prominence. And evening summer markets abound.
