Set in pine shaded grounds, our stone villa sits on a hillside overlooking olive groves, vineyards and fields of sunflowers, with Lake Chiusi glistening in the distance. To the front there are views over vineyards and countryside towards Montepulciano and Cortona. Relax in our garden shaded by Umbrella Pines, soak up the sun or cool off in pool (3.5m x 4.5m) and enjoy alfresco dining under our Pergola with barbecue. There is also a play area with swings and a see-saw for younger guests. Friendly pets welcome.
Girasole is a well appointed rustic style apartment with large living room comprising attractive fireplace, sofa (double sprung sofa bed), 2 leather recliner chairs, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs; TV, DVD, internet access and a well equipped kitchen area with gas hob, combination microwave/grill/convection oven & fridge. French doors lead to good size balcony. The master bedroom is light and airy with French doors onto balcony with country views. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with twin beds and adjacent is a shower room with basin, toilet and bidet. A range of books, games. DVD's and tourist information is available for guests use.

Property rental Conditions
Booking Contracts are effected at the prices listed in the price list. During peak periods bookings are for a minimum of one week and run generally from Saturday to Saturday. Off peak, bookings for shorter periods may be available.
A deposit of 25% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the letting period.
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the letting period, 100% of the total letting price will be due.
The booking contract comes into effect when we are in receipt of the completed Booking Form
Clients should arrive after 4.00pm and before 10pm. Alternative times and days can be agreed by arrangement.
On arrival the client must pay a cautionary deposit of 100 euro to the owners against any damages incurred A cheque, provided a cheque guarantee card accompanies it, is acceptable for the cautionary deposit. Failure to pay this deposit can result in the client being refused entrance to the house.
Only those persons stipulated in the Booking Form may stay at the house including children
Clients are asked to vacate the apartment by 11.00am

The double bedroom is light and airy decorated in white washed wood furniture (three door wardrobe and bedside chests) and wrought iron double bed. French doors lead to a long balcony (sunny for much of the day) with views over countryside to Lake Chiusi. The second bedroom is furnished with blue washed wooden twin beds and white wooden furniture (chest of drawers and double wardrobe) and has views over countryside towards Gioiella.

Soak up the sun on our sun terrace with sun loungers or cool off in pool (3.5m x 4.5m) with Roman steps and shallow end. Enjoy alfresco dining under our pool side Pergola with barbecue. There is also a play area with swings and a see-saw for younger guests. To the side of the property is our olive grove and there is ample parking to the rear and side of the property
