A detached private villa, furnished to a high standard, with a large pool for the sole use of guests. The villa is situated in a quiet residential close of five properties, with distant views of the sea and beautiful sunsets, and to the hills of Tala behind. English neighbours are happy to recommended local restaurants, places to visit, etc. not on the usual tourist routes, adding a local touch to any holiday.

£50 deposit payable per person at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable security deposit of £100 per booking. Discounts available for 2, 3 or 4 weeks + (20%, 25% or 30% respectively).

There are many exciting places to visit. These include Nicosia where you can learn about the "Green Line" dividing the capital, the Troodos Mountains for breathtaking views of the island (be prepared for deep snow in winter)and Kykkos Monastry. These are all day trips from the villa and car hire is strongly recommended in order to explore the area more fully. Driving is on the left as in the UK and the main roads and motorways are very good. Smaller more rural routes can be challenging! Excellent shopping and of course renowned archeological sites are plentiful.

This unusual property is arranged on two levels. The first floor is at road level and comprises cloakroom with hand basin and toilet, fully fitted kitchen, dining area with seating for 8 guests, lounge with 2 sofas (one being a double sofa bed), TV/DVD/CD, and furnished balcony with views to the sea and also to the hills behind. Following the staircase down to the master en suite bedroom, twin bedroom and further double bedroom with fridge and tea making facilities. Also a second bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine. All bedrooms open onto the pool/garden area. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout together with ceiling fans in all bedrooms, lounge and dining area. Also full central heating in all rooms for the winter months. In addition the lounge benefits from a log effect gas fire.

Private pool, kidney-shaped, with two sets of entry steps. Floats/lilos are available and sun beds provided. There is a poolside shower. The patio area provides plenty of space for sunbathing with a covered shady area under the veranda. The pool can be illuminated at night. A garden table with seating for 8 guests, parasol and charcoal BBQ complete the pool area. The garden is laid to lawn (water permitting!)with fruit trees and shrubs surrounding the patio.

Several restaurants, a new supermarket and a popular English delicatessen are 5 mins walk from the villa and a 5 min drive will bring you to the lively square of Tala Village itself. Here there are a number of local bars and restaurants, often hosting Greek evenings. The beautiful sandy beach at Coral Bay is a 10 min drive. Coral Bay is a lively resort with many restaurants and bars. The modern shopping area of Paphos Town centre and the famous harbour area of Kato Paphos are also 10 mins drive from the villa.
