This large trullo has been lovingly restored to create a luxury four bedroom, four bathroom home which easily sleeps nine people within the four bedrooms.
Situated on a secondary road between the UNESCO town of Alberobello and the historic town of Locorotondo it is both very easy to find and has great access to all the local amenities and attractions.
The private 12m x 6m swimming pool is surrounded by trees for both privacy and shade.
The stunning walled courtyard of over 90sq metres has a polished stone floor and beautiful shade sails to create a stylish private outdoor area. Within the courtyard there are covered areas for both dining and relaxing. A large Oak & stone table provides ample space for 10 to eat comfortably, and there are further areas to relax in during the day and long into the night. A BBQ completes the outdoor eating experience.
New for 2009 – Games rooms with table tennis, full size table top football, 42" plasma screen with over 300 videos, DVD’s, PlayStation 2 with a selection of games, giant jenga, giant connect 4 and numerous other games. This is a fantastic area for both children and adults.

The property has been lovingly restored and has retained many original features of a trullo, including exposed stone walls & cones, original fire place and many alcoves.
Whilst the trullo is traditional in appearance the furniture is contemporary in design to ensure a spacious, comfortable feel inside.
The kitchen is both practical and well equipped with all the appliances that you need.
With two CD players, TV, DVD and a large selection of music and videos there is entertainment provided in the house and in the large games room, a large 40†plasma screen and over 300 videos, table tennis, table top football, and many board games.
A small welcome pack is left for you to ensure your holiday starts well.

A lot of thought has been put into the design of the exterior of the trullo as this is the place that most of your holiday will be spent.
There is a fabulous enclosed courtyard with natural stone floors, and ample seating. It is covered with elegant shade sails to provide a beautiful area for both eating and relaxing. At night the courtyard is lit with tranquil lighting.
The swimming pool is 12m x 6m with large steps at one end to ensure easy access. The area is gated to stop young children wandering too close.
There is also a further sun terrace and BBQ area. The trullo is surrounded by small holdings and olive groves.
It is in an easy to find location with good access to the local amenities.

The trullo is situated between the two historic towns of Alberobello and Locorotondo in the village of Capitolo. Alberobello to the north is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with over 1000 trulli in the town, many are now shops and restaurants. Locorontondo to the south known for it famous wine, it is perched on the top of a hill painted white to reflect the hot midday sun. With its many narrow streets with hidden restaurants and wine bars it’s a great place to explore. Both towns have local markets, Alberobello on Thursdays and Locorontondo and Fridays, go there early to get the best bargains, from fruit and veg to leather, clothes and hardware!
Further a field is the town of Ostuni, also known as the white city. It narrow streets are busy at all times of the year, a great place to wander around and enjoy lunch in one of its restaurants. Chose carefully and you can enjoy the view over the valley to the sea.
Along the coast is the cliff top town of Polignano A Mare, where the town is literally hanging over the edge of the sea, Savelletri with its beautiful beaches and Torre Canne with bars and shops are right up to the beaches edge.
