If you have chosen Lanzarote as your holiday destination but not yet decided where you are going to stay, you will notice that our villas are very competitively priced and offer excellent value for money, especially if you take into consideration the comfort, quality and equipment that our villas provide. A bonus to this is the excellent location of Casas del Sol and the facilities that are provided... you will not need to look any further to find your ideal holiday home.
Casas del Sol was one of the first developments in Playa Blanca and is uniquely located in a prime position right opposite the little harbour and no more than a few minutes stroll to the village centre with its many shops, 3 golden sandy beaches and a good choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife. It is a highly sort after complex with many guests returning year after year. Due to its central location a car is not necessary. Casas del Sol is very well maintained and has been attractively landscaped with mature gardens home to a variety of palm trees and other colourful tropical plants. All the villas are accessed by footpaths so there is no through vehicular traffic resulting in safe, peaceful surroundings.

Just opposite the entrance to Casas Del Sol is the harbour and the 7km (4 miles) long pedestrian walkway which leads to the Pechiguera lighthouse one way and to the other the new upmarket Marina Rubicorn which is a must see with its array of boats, chic boutiques and restaurants.
The little harbour at Playa Blanca not only acts a host to visiting yachtsmen and the local fishermen but is also the main terminal for the frequent daily car ferry service to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
To the right of the harbour is the Punta Limones centre where you will find banks, car hire, electric bike hire, fishing hire, hairdressers, gift shops etc as well as a Spar supermarket. This is also an entertainment centre with an array of bars, restaurants and nightclubs.

This villa offers the highest standard of comfort and equipment on Casas del Sol.
The villa has its own private access and benefits from 180 degree sea views - from the beaches of Papagayo at one end to beyond the island of Fuerteventura at the other. For the early risers, the sunrise is beautiful.
There are two small steps that go up to the large sliding patio doors which lead into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.
There are two comfortable settees with coffee table and reading lamp. It has a flat screen TV with English (showing news, movies, sport and children's channels) - there is also a DVD player. Other items include a large wooden sideboard containing a CD/Radio/Cassette player and a small selection of books and games. (A large selection of books is available at the reception for free use). The lounge also benefits from air conditioning and a large ceiling fan which will keep the inside cool during really hot days (or provide heating on the rare winter nights when temperatures can drop significantly. The dining area has a good sized table and four chairs. The Kitchen has marble worktops stainless steel appliances including: electric oven, fan, halogen hob.

Master bedroom: Two single beds which can be put together to make a king sized bed. The beds will already be made upon your arrival. We have put in individual reading lights and bedside lockers. The master bedroom has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The window is equipped with insect blinds so that you can also leave the windows open at night. There is a built in wardrobe providing plenty of storage space as well as a safe to store you valuables.
Second bedroom: There is a set of bunk beds, a small wardrobe and the windows also have insect blinds. We have a small box of toys for young children and you will also find a cot and high chair.

Bathroom: Equipped with a walk in shower which is practical for all especially the less mobile. The wooden vanity unit provides plenty of storage space and come equipped with bathroom scales and a hairdryer.

The terrace is accessed through a wooden gate which can be locked making it safe for small children. It has been newly tiled and decorated with pots containing local plants, it also offers privacy due to its elevated position and, as mentioned earlier, it has fantastic sea views.
The sun shines constantly on the terrace which is great for sun worshipers who can use the two sun loungers. When the sun gets too much, or for those who like the shade, you can sit under the large canopy and admire the views.
Also on the terrace you will find a cupboard containing the washing machine, iron and clothes dryer.
There is a BBQ and a table and chairs for outside dining.

Playa Blanca is located at the southern-most tip of Lanzarote and is fast becoming one of the island's finest tourist areas. Almost always basked in warm sunshine and with the sea a constant calm, clear blue, Playa Blanca is a holidaymaker's paradise. There are superb views of the mountains and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura across the water. It is also home to the Canary Islands best beaches at Papagayo. If it's lazy days in the sun you are looking for, this is the ideal place.

Thankfully, been subject to strict planning regulations, it has kept it's small village feel and has been protected from huge tall buildings and mass, uncontrolled development as seen in other Spanish resorts.
