The pretty resort town of Side is a jumble of old and new. Busy streets that lead down to the sea are lined with souvenir shops selling typical Turkish handicrafts such as carpets, jewellery and leather goods. There are numerous bars and beautiful restaurants, especially on the waterfront and by the harbour (Turkey is renowned as having one of the finest cuisines in the world), late-night bars and restaurants are mixed in among the ruins of the ancient city. The town has an impressive ancient Roman amphitheatre and temple ruins which are both illuminated at night. The partly restored amphitheatre is used as for many events including opera and classical music evenings and boasts beautiful views towards the sea. Also to be seen are the remains of the Roman Baths houses. Side has a unique and charming atmosphere which can be enjoyed by all ages.

As well as the listed main kitchen equipment, all cooking utensils, steak knives, cutting board, cups, plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls, tea towels, rubbish bin etc are included. The washing machine is fitted under the kitchen units and user instructions are provided. Cleaning equipment, mop/bucket, cloths/liquids are also provided.

Two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Linen is included. There are wardrobes and drawer units in each room together with bedside units and reading lamps in each room. The double room has a dressing table with additional drawer space below. There are two double seat sofa's in the lounge area which convert into good size beds. Long mirrors are also fitted in each bedroom.

The shower room is bright and spacious with modern tiles and fittings. There is a fitted powerful modern shower unit, sink unit with large mirror and toilet with bidet. Instant hot water is available. Renters should bring their own towels to the apartment.

There are only 15 apartments on the complex which has a dedicated night time security guard. Because each apartment is situated on the ground floor there is also the benefit of having additional access to the apartment or pool area via sliding patio doors (two patios per apt). There is a good sized well kept (renters and their guests only) pool plus a childrens splash pool. The apartments have their own sunloungers patio chairs and tables and there are additional loungers available at the pool side. A barbeque facility can be made available via arrangement with the on sight maintenence/security man. The entire site is surrounded by a well stocked garden.
