Welcome to “Bougainvillea" A new property with front and rear roof terraces and wide uninterrupted views of the sea and a short walk to a sandy beach. Almayate is a small friendly Spanish village that has a selection of local shops and cafes, a bank, supermarket and a popular restaurant/bar well known in the area. The property benefits from security grills, security blinds and a safe for visitor’s use. There is a secure pool that is shared by residents in the block. It is only a 30minutes walk or 5 minutes bus ride to nearby Torre Del Mar which has a 2 mile promonade, further restaurants and bars and many other facilities including a large water fun park open late Spring to Early Autumn. The house also has a sun-lounge, a utility room and a separate fully equiped kitchen.

We require a deposit of £150 with the booking. Balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday when we also require a refundable £150 which is returned with the keys. Fully Terms and Conditions are sent to you with our booking form
