Welcome to Glad2Cu our Florida Villa located at Tower Lake, set in a private gated community of stunning executive homes which are nestled around a natural lake with fishing pier/dock. (Great for those evening stolls). Our villa has been beautifully furnished throughout with that home from home feeling, but having the extra luxury of two master en-suite bedrooms leading out onto the sundrenched pool & spa, which overlooks the grass retention area.

Local restaurants, shops (including a 24hr Wal Mart, petrol stations, banks, beauty salons and golf courses are all within 2-3 minutes drive as well as the highly rated Southern Dunes Golf Course & Country Club being immedialtey adjacent to Tower Lake.

Property rental Conditions
To secure you booking we require a deposit of £150 per week, with the balance payable ten weeks prior to departure. If the booking is made less than 10 weeks before departure the full payment is payable at the time of booking, along with a security bond. A security bond of £200 is required on completion of booking and is refundable 2 weeks after your return. This is refunable upon a satisfactory status report from our management company. The open plan lounge is bright and spacious and offers ample space for relaxation, with views of the pool & spa. The fully fitted open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools is definitely the focal point in the morning when having breakfast and discussing the days itinerary.
Further seating/bedding is available in the den (2nd living area) with large double sofa bed, for those wanting some peace and quiet or additional accommodation.
If the children wish to watch someting different from the adults there is also a T.V. and DVD player here.

Our Villa is on a quiet corner plot, with a private fully screened swimming pool & spa (with optional heating) The whole pool is fully screened and has a child's safety fence to keep little ones safe, with beautiful views over a grass retention area. We have a covered lanai with ceiling fan to keep you cool whilst dinning al fresco. The extended deck area with luxury pool furniture including 4 sun loungers and chairs are perfect for those wishing to stay at home and relax for the day. Landscaped garden for extra privacy, making this a more private setting. The pool area gets the sun all day with beautiful sunsets....

Haines City, Tower Lake is an ideal location only 15 minutes from the theme parks but a world apart as you watch the amazing sunsets over the lake and the orange groves in the distance. In many of the surrounding parks and lakes you can go hiking, kayaking, fishing, air boats, have a picnic or barbeque, or even try horseback riding.

Changeover day is flexible. The villa can be occupied from 4pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
