Description
Spacious villa on 3 levels, with living room/diner, kitchen, 2 full ( 1 Ensuite ) bathrooms and 1 toilet with whb.and four good size bedrooms sleeping 8 people, with the addition of 2 air beds can sleep up to 10 people.There is a terrace to the rear with sun loungers and a BBQ and small garden to the front with seating.

The villa prices include linen/ towels ( please dont take them to the beach ) and there is a washing machine if you need to wash the linen or towels. there is a breakages depoit payable , which after inspection on the day after departure , if all is okay then your credit card will be refunded. This can take up to 2 weeks.

Almunecar is a very Spanish area where lots of Granadians and people from Madrid holiday in the summer months. The area is beautiful with a range of things to do form golf, to horse riding etc.From the month of June ( mid ) to mid September there is an aqua park on the sea front. There is an aquarium and a castle in the town centre.Only 15 mins drive in the town of Salobrena you can play golf or for the adventurous you can visit a mountain top wild life park ( the drive up is not for the faint hearted ! )

There is no aircon in the villa but fans are provided. Also for the cooler months in selected rooms there are wall mounted heaters.

Each bedroom has drawers and a wardrobe , 2 bedrooms have kingsize beds whilst the other 2 bedrooms have 2 singles in each room. Off the master bedroom there is a balcony and also ensuite bathroom.

On the first floor there is a toilet and wash hand basin and here the washing machine is housed. On the bnext floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower and also a seperate shower, toilet, whb, and bidet. On the top floor there is the other full bathroom with bath with overhead shower, toilet and whb. All bathrooms are fully tiled. There is a hair dryer and hair straighteners for your use.

The villa is set on a hill side urbanisation with 2 community swimming pools that are usually open from may to Sept as the temperature the water drops and can feel cold. There is an area to play boules at the top of the urbanisation or down on the sea front. There are two beaches to Almunecar... Velilla the quieter side and San Cristobal which is closer to all amenties. The temperatures are good all year round and the area is beautiful.

As the villa is situated on a hill there is a need for a car, but for the energetic it is a 15 minute walk away from the beach , shops and restauraunts.Local taxis are available if you wish to go into the town centre.

On change over day please ensure that all rubbish is disposed of in the bins at the top of the urbanisation . Thankyou. Also time of departure must be 10am at the latest. this is to ensure the cleaners have time to clean before the next guests arrive
