Description
Immensely spacious sea-front villa. Originally a convent and constructed of white marble, it is very suitable for two related familes to take a holiday together, each having a floor and bathroom of their on and sharing the garden, kitchen, TV room, dining terrace and sun terrace.

Once guests have indicated that they would like to book a holiday with us we send them a copy of our Booking Conditions, a Booking Form and an Invoice.
30% deposit is payable on booking but if the booking is made within 7 weeks of the commencement of the holiday we require the full amount. Once this is received we will e-mail to you details of our property manager with whom you should liaise as soon as possible, so that you can give her your travel times, etc.

Postira was originally a sleepy little fishing village but it has become much more lively of late.
Guests can hire bicycles from the nearby hotel, with its swimming pool, internet access, solarium and buffet. Guests can avail themselves of its facilities for the price of a cup of coffee or a few drinks.
Lively Supetar is a short [6km] drive away.

Originally a convent, Orange Grove House is an extremely spacious, elegant house. Decorated in pale, pastel shades, and simply furnished, this has not been at the expense of comfort. The beds are especially good.
IKEA carpets were brought from England, as were many of the prints on the walls. The remainder are lovely etchings by Croatian artist Branco Modic.
Approached by a stone staircase within a courtyard, guests find a long corridor on the first floor, off which are a shower room, queen-sized bedroom [overlooks garden], king-sized bedroom [overlooks garden] and kitchen [door open up onto dining terrace, with stairs down into garden].
Stairs lead up to the TV room on the next floor [overlooks both garden and sea]. A corridor from this leads to the second king-sized bedroom [overlooking the sea] and the twin bedroom [overlooks both garden and sea].

On the first floor the queen-sized room contains a new queen-sized bed, a large wardrobe and two bedside cabinets.

The second floor double bedroom overlooks the sea, is of equal size to the first floor bedroom and contains a king-sized bed, massive wardrobe, bedside cabinets and lamps.

Postira is still a quiet fishing village but in the last year or so new villas have been built up in the hills behind Postira and an ancient building on the harbour has been transformed into a hotel. This is beginning to bring more visitors to the village.
