Set in a dominant position on a small, attractive development of private villas and apartments, the villa has 4 bedrooms and will comfortably accommodate 8 adults. The open plan living area features a large lounge (with TV, DVD Player, Playstation and IPod docking station) and dining room and the fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure together with a £200 refundable key and breakages deposit. Breakages should be replaced wherever possible or paid for on return. Insurance - you are advised to make your own insurance arrangements and note that booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Air conditioning is charged at €3.50 per unit per day, payable locally.
