Property rental Conditions
Prices quoted are per cottage per week for two people.
25% non refundable deposit required once availability has been confirmed along with booking form available on www.serendipityfrance.com.
A separate security cheque for £150 should be enclosed with booking form and deposit. This will be returned within two weeks of end of stay, subject to satisfactory inspection of cottage.
Remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of stay.
We accept payment in either sterling or Euro cheque/ electronic payments also accepted.

La Rochelle a harbor port town is approximately 90 minutes drive away, through scenic countryside and villages. There is also swimming at rejalliant lake near Ruffec.
Sauze Vaussais and the market town of Chef Boutonne are approx 5-10 mins by car.

Beautiful bright cottage sleeping 2 people, double bed. It has a private south facing garden with shaded seating area, sun loungers and BBQ.
French doors in the cottage dining area, lead to the poolside area. The cottage has exposed beams and has been lovingly restored, with chestnut flooring throughout the cottage.
The well equipped kitchen has electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils including tea-towels, towels (please bring your own pool towels) gowns and weekly change of bed linen included in price - Home from home!
Mini Hi-Fi system in cottage. For your convenience a welcome basket awaits your arrival.

Feel free to use the bicycles avaialable to explore the beautiful countryside, or wonder through the garden and help yourself to any produce that may be growing.

Changeover Day
:
Changeover day is on Saturdays.Your cottage will be available for your occupation from 4pm. We ask that you vacate your cottage by 10am on the day you leave.
Out of season, other changeover days will be considered, please inquire with owners.
