Our unique and charming estate with 9 Provencal self-catering apartments and cottages, you will find just 2,5 km above the delightful hilltop village of Cabris. Nestled in the foothills of the Alpes Maritme, just 45 minutes from Nice, and 25 minutes from Cannes. The panoramic view from all our apartments and cottages is truly breathtaking. At 600 meters elevation, you can see the Côte d’Azur coastline - from St. Tropez via Cannes to Nice, and the famous Lac de St. Cassien. Enjoy our large private swimming pool, a full-size tennis court, Petanque (French Boules) and outdoor table tennis. Within a one-hour drive you will find 12 golf courses.

Rental of bed linen and towels:
12 Euro/week/person
Obligatory end cleaning: 55 Euros

At booking, a 50% deposit is required. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. A damage deposit of 200 Euros is to be deposited upon arrival, and will be returned on departure.

Cancellation
- Until 3 months prior to arrival - total deposit refunded.
- Until 2 months prior to arrival - 50% of deposit refunded.
- Until 1 month prior to arrival – 25% of deposit refunded
- Later than 1 month prior to arrival – deposit not refunded.

All prices are valid for 4 persons occupancy.

Payment by bank transfer.

Arrival: Saturdays 4 - 8 pm. Arrival outside these hours by prior arrangement only.
Departure: Saturdays no later than 10.

During the off-season we may be able to offer special rates and departure/arrival arrangements, as well as number of days of occupancy. Minimum stay, however is 3 days

During off season, special rates apply for longer term rentals.
