Our spacious, 2600sq.ft home is bright, modern and luxuriously appointed with 2 stunning Master Suites each with en-suite bathroom. The upstairs master has its own private balcony overlooking the lake, the Ground Floor suite has patio doors to the pool. There are 3 further bedrooms, a third bathroom, family room/lounge, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, a breakfast nook, games room and utility room. The wonderful 30ft private pool (with shallow kiddies section), extended deck and lanai overlook the stunning lake - enjoy the beautiful sunsets and al fresco dining - and relax and rejuvenate in our fabulous Hot Tub/Spa.

6 Cable TVs, DVDs, Play Station 2s, Music Centre, books for all ages, board games and jigsaw puzzles. For our younger guests we have a travel cot/cribs, highchair, strollers and a selection of toys. A computer with broadband plus wireless internet connection is also provided for our guest use.

The Second Floor Suite is a perfect luxury retreat, with King Four Poster Bedand its own private balcony overlooking the lake (the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or nightcap and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake). You also have your own TV, DVD and clock/radio.
The Ground Floor Suite also has a beautiful King Four poster bed and has its own patio doors to the pool (great for that refreshing early morning dip - just open your doors and jump in!!). You can also enjoy your own private cable T.V with DVD and Playstation 2.
Bedroom 3 has a comfortable Queen bed and light, airy feel, fitted closets, an armoire, bedside tables, TV/DVD, and pool and wonderful lake views for you to wake to. The 3rd bathroom is conveniently adjacent to it.

The Ground Floor twin room is Disney-themed with all your favourite characters including Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Winnie the Pooh - perfect for the young and young at heart!
The first floor twin has conservation views, flat screen TV and PS2.

* The large sparkling 30 ft.pool and spacious deck
Our large private pool has a seperate shallow area for non-swimmers and small kiddies, while the main pool is oversized with steps gently leading to the shallow end so that swimmers can really have a proper swim or just enjoy cooling off. There is a spacious deck with a plentiful supply of sun loungers and chairs. The covered lanai(for some welcome shade from the wonderful Florida sunshine) has a cooling fan and large designer dining table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining as the sun sets over the lake - a Gas BBQ/Grill is provided. The pool also has coloured fibre optic lighting to create a lovely ambience in the evenings.
Hot Tub/Spa - what better way to ease your tired muscles at the end of another perfect day than to relax in our warm bubbling Hot Tub while enjoying the lake views?

Villa Sunrise Dream is located on the exclusive, peaceful, lakeside gated community of Sunset Lakes in Kissimmee, Florida, in the much sought after Formosa area.
Located just off Highway 192, our home is only 4 miles (less than 10 minutes) to Disneyworld. Numerous shops and restaurants including TGI Fridays, Carrabas, Giordinos, Outback Steak House, Subway and The Market Place Supermarket, Publix and Walmart are within 5-10 minutes.
There is easy access to the I-4, which will take you to Universal Studios, Seaworld and International Drive – all of which take 15-20 minutes, or the Gulf Coast beaches which are around 1.5 hours away. The shopping malls this area is so well-known for, such as The Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia and Prime Outlets are also within easy reach of the villa. Orlando International Airport is only 40 minutes away, Sanford International 1 hour.
For golfing enthusiasts many superb courses such as Champions Gate (Greg Norman), Falcons Fire, Southern Dunes, Orange Lake, and the Disney courses are within easy reach.
