Description
This apartment on the Residencial Las Dunas complex has been furnished to a high standard for a comfortable and relaxing holiday including many home comforts. All Bed Linen, Bath Towels and Tea Towels are supplied however Beach Towels are not. The Apartment is cleaned for arrival and again on departure if stay is for longer than one week there is a mid-stay clean, linen and towel change which is included in the price. There is also a Fitness Room and Tennis Court on site (Tennis Rackets and Balls are supplied within the Apartment) both are used at your own discretion and the Owners of the Apartment will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries.

A non refundable £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking
Prices are per week in sterling. Payments to be paid by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. PayPal payments are subject to a 3.4% surcharge. Please note depending on departing guests the apartment may not be available until approx 14.00 hours. This is to allow for cleaning/linen change etc. Please ask if you require access prior to this time.
Payments can be made in Sterling, Euros (The Euro Conversion Rate will be that stated as the Tourist Rate quoted on the BBC website at the time of booking).
The full Balance and a £60 Breakage Deposit are due 6 weeks before departure, assuming there is no breakages or damage to the apartment the Breakage Deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after the rental period
Booking subject to Terms and Conditions which will be sent out in the information pack when deposit is received. Please note this is a non smoking apartment. Single sex groups of under 21s are not permitted.

Corralejo is one of the most popular resorts on the island, Residencial Las Dunas is located in the quiet part of Corralejo. The town spreads outwards from the harbour and is a mix of old and new. The new promenade is an ideal walk taking in all the restaurants and bars and giving fantastic views of Lobos and Lanzarote. The dunes to the south are a protected nature reserve with beautiful sand beaches and crystal blue sea. Corralejo offers a multitude of activities including jet skiing, wind surfing, scuba diving, kite surfing and snorkel safaris to name a few. You can also catch the ferry from the harbour to Lanzarote for a day trip which takes approximately 20 minutes. There is a wide range of restaurants to choose from catering for all tastes. There is also a local market held on Mondays and Fridays at Baku Waterpark selling various items and souvenirs.
