Le Petit Manoir is a beautifully furnished and equipped farmhouse in rural S W France which offers the best of both Worlds- seclusion yet within a half hour drive to the glorious beaches of the Charente Maritime. The house has it's own private pool,exclusively for your use, plus lovely large garden- complete with barn for table tennis, bikes, BBQ. Internally there are 2 upstairs shower rooms plus extra downstairs WC. Le Petit Manoir has a very well equipped kitchen, elegant sitting room with sat TV, Cd player etc plus an extra breakfast room, ideal for the children . Upstairs there are 3 very pretty bedrooms, one overlooking the pool.
