During mid and high season the property is available to rent as a whole comfortably accommodating parties of up to 23 people. Tranquil, rural location 12kms from the spa town of Jonzac, yet less than an hours drive from: Bordeaux, St Emilion, Cognac, Saintes and the lovely beaches around Royan.
The property has a stunning façade, is south facing with pillars, gates, large walled garden and a pigeonier.
We have a large games room with pool, darts and table tennis. The whole is set in a hectare of grounds with a large (non chlorine) pool. This is an ideal peaceful and relaxing location for families and individuals alike.
Chez Bardon, "main house" has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,comfortably accommodating 6 people plus cot.
On the ground floor, leading off the entrance hall is the beautiful sitting room with open fire and original wood floor.
Large dining room, with charente stone fireplace seats 10 people.

To reserve the property, we require a deposit ( non returnable), of 25%. The balance payable not less than 4 weeks from the start date of the booking.
A damages deposit is required, on arrival, of £150 or €200, this will be returned in full or part, on departure.
