Luxury 4 bed villa overlooking the beach in the fabulous resort of Empuriabrava on the northern coast of the Costa Brava.
The villa has a newly built pool and terrace area (May 2008) and has been refurbished internally with every home comfort you could wish for.
There is English Sky freeview in both lounges, ample crockery and glasses etc., superb BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges & an additional fridge freezer, hob & oven, air conditioning etc.
Outside you will find 8 sun beds, dining tables & chairs for 8 people, outdoor settees / chairs and a fabulous pool.
The villa is within a few minutes walk from the beach and all of the amenities in the resort, supermarkets, shops, bars, a wide choice of restaurants, and the Marina. Car hire is not necessary.
Empuriabrava is especially suited for families and couples (singles looking for nightclubs will be very disappointed). There are no English hooligans and no 'English Pubs'. It is a lovely resort based on a series of canals which lead out to the sea, offering an effortless charm and sophistication not found in the larger resorts in the South.
