We have a helpful English couple living nearby who look after our Villa, available for any queries you might have. Included in the price, the pool is maintained weekly and the villa is cleaned for your arrival. Bed linen and house towels are included in the price, changed on a weekly basis. Please bring your own beach towels.
20% or £100 deposit secures a booking - balance payable eight weeks prior to departure.

Lagarto is south facing with full sun all day. Our two bedroom self-catering accommodation with a large private pool, is situated on the ground floor of our detached villa. The first floor is not occupied by the owners during lets, so that guests have the place to themselves. Lagarto is just a couple of minutes by car from the stunning El Portet beach and harbour. Moraira's beaches are sandy, especially suited for families, with blue flag, lifeguards and a childs play area.

Living rooms. The accommodation is fully furnished for 4 people. The large lounge is equipped with LCD TV, DVD, CD radio, Sky satellite, BBC, ITV, etc; new leather sofas and traditional Spanish furniture. The lounge has views to the pool and terrace.
The kitchen, diner is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils for four people. The kitchen has modern fitted units with usual kitchen appliances, electric cooker hob, microwave oven, integral fridge, freezer, electric kettle and toaster etc.
The utility room has marble worktops, double utility sink, cupboards together with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc.
Bedroom Facilities

There are two bedrooms, which sleep up to four people. One bedroom has twin beds, the other a double. Both have built in wardrobes and usual bedroom furniture. The bedrooms are double glazed with black out security roller blinds at the windows.

The secluded landscaped gardens have an attractive variety of tropical flowers, shrubs, lemon and palm trees.
There is a large private 10m x 5m kidney shaped pool for your exclusive use, with automatic under water lighting.
Sunbathing areas and sun loungers are provided, together with outdoor garden furniture and a full size stone built BBQ.

Moraira is approx just over an hour’s drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports, all served by low cost airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Thomsonfly, Jet2 and Bmibaby etc; from the UK. The route to Moraira is mostly via the A7 toll road or the N332 freeway. To fully appreciate the area we recommend you hire a car. For car hire you can try these providers Carjet, Economycarhire.

Preferred changeover day is Thursday, but we try to be flexible where ever possible. Take advantage of cheap mid-week flights. Most villas have changeover days at weekends but make big savings on your air fares with us if you go midweek.
