If you want more variety and it to be busier you can take a walk or taxi(reasonably priced) into Caleta de Fuste 3km away.There is a lovely coastal path that will take you there and you can also feed the chipmunks on route during the daytime.

Kavanaghs is a friendly pub with nightly entertainment,serves food throughout the day at very reasonable prices.A few minutes walk downhill will bring you to Tommy Nutters bar and Mustang Sallys.Again these are both friendly pubs but a little more expensive.Between these two pubs is a new Chinese restaurant that apparently serves excellent food.There are also three mini supermarkets in this vicinity for all your grocery needs
