We have a helpful English couple living nearby who look after our Villa, available for any queries you might have. Our villa and pool are cleaned prior to your arrival. Fresh laundered bed linen and house towels are included in the price. Please bring your own beach towels.

Gardenia our south facing 3 bedroom villa, with full sun all year, situated in its own grounds. The pool and gardens are surrounded by high walls for your maximum privacy and security. The pool has underwater lighting, a solar heated shower, garden furniture and a large patio area with sun loungers. There are no less than six clean safe sandy beaches nearby, several a couple of minutes by car, offering every water sport.

Living rooms. The villa is fully furnished and equipped for six people. The spacious lounge diner is equipped with LCD TV, DVD, Sky Satellite, BBC, ITV, etc; There are two new leather sofas, dining table and chairs, together with traditional Catalan furniture. The lounge has doors that lead to the front patio, pool and terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms, which sleep up to 6 persons. The 2 double bedrooms have built in fitted wardrobes, Catalan bedside cabinets, chair, and bedside lights. There is a double bed in each of the two large bedrooms. The twin bedroom has two single beds, with bedside cabinets. All windows have black out security blinds.

The bathroom is fully tiled, with a bath, shower, toilet and a washing machine.

The gardens include a solar heated shower, and a 7m x 3m kidney shaped pool with Roman steps. The pool has automatic under water lights, where you can enjoy swimming under the stars at night. Sun loungers are provided, together with outdoor garden furniture, ideal for the cool of the day dining, where you can just put your feet up and relax in the garden with a bottle of excellent Spanish wine.

The old fishing port of L'Escala has developed with the holiday industry whilst retaining its former original traditions. L'Escala is a lively town and its sandy beaches are ideal for young and old alike. Those wanting a more relaxing time, there are places of interest to visit and places to eat and drink at the pace of an elderly snail.

Preferred changeover day is Wednesday but we try to be flexible where ever possible. Take advantage of cheap mid-week flights. Most villas have changeover days at weekends but make big savings on your air fares with us if you go mid-week.
