Our Laguna flat is located in a beautiful, peaceful and villagey part of Venice. It has a light and spacious feel and looks directly onto the southern lagoon with wonderful winter sunsets and exceptional views all year round.
The flat is on the first floor of a recently built award-winning development, unusual for Venice, and is furnished in a modern Italian style with comfortable leather sofas and stylish furniture and fittings throughout.

High Season (April to October, Xmas period and Carnival) - 640 to 1200 euros (ie.3 days to a week)
Low Season (November to March excluding Xmas period and Carnival) - 480 to 880 euros (ie.3 days to a week)
The price includes top quality towels and bedlinen and a final clean after you leave. No extra charges.

The nearby waterfront of Giudecca has some of the best views in Venice. A favourite spot for artists from Turner and Canaletto to the present day.
