The living room is on the first floor with views over the sea.

Although there is no parking at the property, it is possible to park right outside whilst unloading and the carpark is within a few hundred yards of the property.

Beautiful, old and quaint Cornish fishing village on the Rame peninsular. This area also called Cornwall's forgotten corner.
Beach is right there in the village and the South West Coast path, which takes you around all the south west coastline, runs past the door.
800 acres of the Mount Edgcumbe Estate with its beautiful gardens, many National Trust properties nearby, fishing, golf, birdwatching, two sandy beaches will ensure that you are never short of something to do.
There is surfing from the famous Whitsand Bay Beach just 1 mile distant where there is also a golf course with fantastic views.
The passenger ferry takes you into Plymouth's pretty old Barbican area, from where the Pilgrims left for America. Here too you will find theatre, cinema, shops and the National Marine Aquarium.
You may take a boat here and go sea-fishing too.

There are six places to eat including several pubs (mostly old and beamed) in the village of Kingsand & Cawsand, all of them are within easy walking distance from the house.
There is a shop to buy daily provisions and fresh croissants baked daily.
