A very comfortable apartment (75m2 or 807 ft2), located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. Both street entrances are locked every night from 8pm. to 8am. to assure the safety of the residents. The building itself is a modernist work of art, recently renovated, and has a porter.
The apartment is nicely furnished and fully equipped, and is very quiet considering its location. There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms. Spacious living room is furnished with a a large divan-style sofa-bed, ideal for chilling out, and a dining table for six people. There is an American style kitchenette, and a small inner patio-terrace.
