Can Xargay is a millennial traditional catalan house of XI century with a special charm situated in the village of Mata. Restaurants and shops are situated in a walking distance.
The house is situated 2 km. from Banyoles lake, only 35 km. from the beach (Costa Brava), 25 km. from the International Airport of Girona-Costa Brava and 115 km. from Barcelona city.
It is located in a privileged place since it lays between the sea and the mountains.
The whole house has got a maximum capacity of 20 people - with 8 bedrooms (one is for handicapped access), 6 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning-room, a living-room with TV satellite (international channels) and DVD, a reading room, a fireplace, a games room.
Besides, there are a barbecue in the garden with a covered porch and a private swimming-pool with an hidromassage bench only for you, you don't have to share it.
It is appropriate to spend some days with the friends, family reunions, partying, birthdays… or just to spend some calm and break days
Car is not necessary because 300 meters from the house there is public transport (bus).
