Our spacious gites are within walking distance of the small town of St Sauveur le Vicomte, and only a 10 minute drive to the beaches. The properties are well presented in a relaxed environment overlooking the pond and lake.

Why holiday with us?
As we have stayed in many gites in France we believe that we know what is important in helping to make your holiday enjoyable and hassle free.
Easy to follow directions will be sent to you well in advance of your holiday.
On arrival you will get a warm welcome where you will be shown around your holiday gite.
You will find that all the beds are made up and if necessary the heating will be on. A bottle of wine will be waiting for you (chilled in the summer!!).
A welcome pack of basic necessities will be in the gite including wine, bread, milk, and margarine. Washing up liquid, kitchen and toilet rolls are supplied.
We have a selection of DVDs, games and books available for you to borrow.
There is friendly and helpful advice on hand, with information on local events, beaches, where the supermarkets and local markets are. We have tried and tested many restaurants to enable us to give you good advice on the best places to eat out.!
If in the unlikely event you require help finding a doctor, dentist etc, we are on hand day or night.
We believe that we have done everything possible to make your stay with us a wonderful one.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker, microwave and fridge and home from home kitchen utensils.

Our holiday cottages in Normandy are beautifully positioned overlooking a pond and lake amongst woodland and open countryside. Our large lake has several species of ducks and moorhens, we have had visiting kingfishers and herons which sometimes upset the resident otter. Fish stocks vary depending on the above mentioned appetites. The lake has many seating areas for relaxation, painting etc.
Outside “La Pepinere†there is a large porch area overlooking the lake. Ideally positioned for enjoying lovely French wines and cheeses on a relaxed warm evening.

St Sauveur is a great location for a holiday as it it allows easy access to a number of places. In Saint Sauveur there is a kayaking centre, a swimming pool, tennis courts and locally there is a horse riding centre(10 minutes away).
When you get into St Sauveur there is a choice of 4 restaurants, there is the pizzeria , the Hotel, which has a wonderful a la carte menu and not too pricey - but excellent food. The is a routiere which has basic but a delicious lunch time menu. The forth restaurant is "Cocos" which is on the high street and has a very good french menu with an excellent traditional dish of the day.
Within 10 minutes are beautiful beaches and if you are looking for history the museums and landing beaches are only a 30 minute drive away.

Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday, arriving after 4pm and vacating by 10am (other arrangements may be available upon request).
