The villa has two independent apartments. The garden apartment on the ground floor is available for holiday rental. It has its own entrance and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with Astra satellite TV, DVD-CD player and stereo radio. There's a convertible sofa which can sleep 1 person. There is a large covered terrace with patio furniture, a well equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave and gas rings.
Bedroom Facilities

There are two bedrooms, one double and one double/twin. Both have air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and changed weekly.
Phil and Caroline, the resident owners, live upstairs and offer all visitors a warm welcome. You can see as much or as little of them as you wish.
They will be glad to answer any queries about the area or apartment.
