Only 35 mins from Malaga airport and the coast, and 10 minutes from the wonderful and scenic El Chorro Gorge and Ardales lakes. The lakes are a wonderful alternative to the coast for swimming, boating and fishing during the summer months. Other times of the year the area is popular with climbers, walkers, cyclists and all those who like the beautiful rural holiday experience. We are approx 40 mins from Ronda and Antequera, well worth a visit during your stay. There is a rail link in Alora which will take you into historic Malaga where you can visit the museums, the castle and enjoy some shopping. Alora has a selection of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy some local 'tapas' and meet the very friendly locals.
