Our new apartment built in 2005 is fully equipped to a modern high standard. It is divided in half comprising a Double Bedroom & Living Room.
The Living Room area consist of a 2 piece suite with large sofabed & arm chair, office type desk with chair, coffee table, side cabinet, 70cm cable TV, dvd & cd with surround-sound speakers. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, large double bed & cabinets with lamps.
Living Area has an enormous panoramic window, extending from floor to ceiling & from wall to wall, offering unparalleled views of the River, and being West facing, the spectacular Riga sunset.
The apartment also has a kitchen with microwave oven & hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric iron & washing machine. There is also an en suite bathroom with large bath & shower.
The apartment is double gazed & fully Air Conditioned. The double glazed windows can be fully or partially opened if fresh air is required.

No period considered too long. We offer further discount for 6 month/1 year contract.
FEES
There is a standard administration/booking fee to cover cleaning the apartment after you leave & key collection/drop off, of 25 Euros/£20 UK Sterling for reservations of less than 5 nights. There is NO administration/booking fee for reservations of 6 nights or more
PAYMENT
We accept payment in Euros, £ UK Sterling, $ US Dollars and even in local currency (Lats)
Payment methods include Credit Card ($ USD), PayPal, Certified Cheques, internet banking and cash.
