There are mountain bikes at the villa and more are available for hire in the town. Dalyan is an excellent area for cycling, walking and bird watching. Scuba diving and snorkeling, horse riding, boating, canoeing, white water rafting can be booked in Dalyan. The ancient city of Caunos (3000 yrs BC) is a 15 min walk away from Dalyan, after having been rowed across the river.

The villa stands in a 1.25 acre citrus and pomegranate grove. Around the villa are lawned gardens and 11m x 6m private pool, having a constant depth of 1.2m. Teak table and 8 chairs for terraced dining. Weber barbecue, 12 sunbeds and traditional furnished Turkish 'Kosk' (a quiet house for Summer shade). The villa is surrounded on all sides by open fields and citrus groves, with stunning mountain views.

A 25 minute walk gets you into the centre of Dalyan with its shops and restaurants, although taxis and car hire are readily available. Dalyan has history culture and wildlife. The ancient ruined city of Kaunos just across the river, a large lake with mud and sulphur baths and an amazing boat ride to the beach which "The Independent" has listed as no.6 in the top ten beaches of the world. It is famous as a breeding ground for the "Caretta Caretta" (The loggerhead turtle). The whole area is part of a World Wildlife conservation area and as such no building is now allowed over 2 stories high.
