The accommodation comprises of Ground floor:
The Lounge/ Dining area is open plan with a woodburner.
Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave.

Second Floor: There are three bedrooms, 1 twin & 1 double room with shower room & toilet en-suite,
Via a gallery overlooking the courtyard there is another double bedroom with bathroom en-suite and sunny balcony.

Property rental Conditions
The rental period shall commence at Saturday at 3.00pm of the first week booked & end on Saturday 10.00am on the final day unless previously agreed in writing. The owners shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.
The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed 6 people unless the owners have given written permission.
All Bed linen, towels, logs & electricity are included.
A non-fundable deposit of 30% is payable with the booking, the balance together with the security deposit is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
A security deposit of £50.00 is required for each week booked. This is to be paid with the balance of the rental. A cheque (providing no damage or breakages have occurred) for the full amount of the security deposit will be posted to your home address within 24 hours of your departure. The security deposit is to cover any damage to the property or contents. Please report any breakages must to the owner & replaces broken/damage items where possible.
