Chalet Hay is a 4 bedroom 8 person traditional Pyrenees chalet to rent, with 3 doubles and a twin room, fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and bar. There is a huge open fire place in the lounge area with a 42" TV, DVD player, stereo and games.

* Deposit: £200 is required at the time of reservation to secure the booking together with a completed booking form. Failure to make this payment or return the booking form subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation.
* Full Payment: due 2 months before departure together with a refundable security deposit.
* Refundable Security Deposit: £200 (refunded on return of keys and confirmation Chalet is left in condition as on arrival).
* Cancellation: The £200 deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation and if between 4 and 8 weeks before departure 50% of the total rental is payable. If less than 4 weeks to departure, the full amount is payable.
* Discounts: May be available for stays longer than 14 nights.
* Provisional bookings: we are happy to hold provisional bookings for up to 48 hours.
