The apartment is available for long and short rentals. Prices are based on 2 guests and extra guests are charged at £30 per person per night.
A £50 deposit for every week booked is required to secure the reservation. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to departure.

1 bedroom (with twin beds) apartment is very well equipped with all you need for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen is on open plan with the living room which leads onto the balcony where you can enjoy the sun from morning to sunset with lovely views over the pool, Puerto Colon and sea.
Bedroom Facilities

Twin beds with usual dresser, wardrobe, etc. There is a ceiling fan/light for your comfort. A safe has been provided for your valuables. There is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and tongs to save you bringing all these extra items when luggage allowance is getting smaller and stricter.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, WHB and washing machine which is very useful when on a long let.
