There is plenty of space to stretch out and relax in the Sun around the pool - The pool can be heated on request
We have 5 Bedrooms which includes 2 Master Bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen) a further Queen Bedroom and 2 twin rooms - one of which is our 'Spongebob' themed bedroom for the kids - these rooms share the 3rd bathroom, a family bathroom with double sink unit, shower/bath and wc
We have a wide range of amenities including a washer and dryer in the laundry room, a games room with 8ft Slate Pool Table, Electronic Dart Board and Air Hockey table (coming soon)
There are 2 Lounge areas, the main lounge is open plan with the Kitchen/breakfast bar and Dining room - this room has patio doors leading to a covered lanai and the screened pool deck
There is a further Den or Family room which has another tv with Playstation and a double Sofa bed for 2 further guests
The villa is located on the Sunset Ridge Gated Community which is off the US27, Just minutes from the I4 which makes it an ideal location for all area attractions.

Property rental Conditions
A refundable Security Bond of £150 is required with the balance payment. This is standard procedure and will be refunded once the property has been inspected on your departure.

We have 2 Lounge Areas, the Den is separated from the main living area, this houses a TV and Playstation along with a double sofa bed for 2 extra guests.
The main Living area is open plan with Dining table, Kitchen, Breakfast bar and the main lounge which has patio doors leading to the pool deck.
We have a separate Laundry room and the Garage houses our new Games area with an 8ft Slate pool table, Electronic Dartboard and soon to be installed Air Hockey Table.

The pool deck looks out onto a conservation area, the pool is directly South facing.
There are sun loungers and table and chairs for relaxing days round the pool.
There is a safety fence leading to the pool which conforms to florida law for the protection of children.
At the front of the property we have a nice landscaped front garden area with driveway leading to the garage.

There are several restaurants and eateries at the top of the Development on the US27.
The nearest supermarket is Publix which is about 5 minutes drive, a further 5 or so minutes will bring you to Walmart, although there is a 7eleven at the top of the road for basic essentials.
The I4 gives you fantastic fast access to all the area attraction.
