There is ample garden space for children to play in & dining al fresco, pretty walks straight from the house, stunning views & virtually no traffic.
A peaceful and relaxing location it may be but the house is still within easy reach of the famous Rodiles beach (30 mins) and the bustling market town of Villaviciosa (20 mins) with its lively shops, bars and restaurants.
Closer still is the county capital of Cabranes, Santa Eulalia (5 mins) which provides local stores and bars. Also nearby is a 4 star country hotel in Torazu with spa facilities and fine dining (5 mins).
For cultural events, nights out and shopping the capital of Asturias, Oviedo and the beautiful coastal city of Gijon are within easy reach. In a southerly direction there are the pretty market towns of Infiesto (20 mins) and Nava and it is again only a short hop to the busy tourist town of Cangas De Onis (35 mins), the gateway to the incredible Picos De Europa national park, with it’s many adventure activities: climbing, canoeing, horse riding.
