Our NEW 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new fully completed building in the centre of Benicarló town just 3 blocks, or 4 minutes walk for the beach.
It also has a large private communal swimming pool, located in the centre of the apartment building for the exclusive use of the residents of the apartments only.
The apartment comprises of a large Living Room with Dining area, Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom, second Single Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and second bathroom/shower room.
The Living Room consist of a 2 piece suite, coffee table, side cabinet, TV, DVD & CD player. There is also a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests.
The 1st Master Bedroom has a double bed & cabinets with lamps, wardrobe & en suite bathroom with bath & shower.
The 2nd Single Bedroom has single bed, desk & wardrobe. It has a second "pull out" single bed which is stowed underneath the first bed.
The kitchen has a double sink, electric oven & hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & washing machine.
There is a elevator to the 2nd floor, on which the apartment is located
The apartment also has access to a valuable parking bay

Rates vary according to the actual day, time of year and total length of your stay.
Christmas Day is more expensive than the night of January 1st, for example, but the overall price may be less per night if you are booking 14 nights rather than 5. We calculate your quote depending upon your exact dates.
Discount offered for extended rental periods.
Long term rentals sought! 3/6/11 months? Please contact us for a price.
Please note there is an additional cleaning fee to clean the apartment after you leave of 20 Euros for reservations of less than 5 nights. Any reservation over 5 nights, we absorb this fee
To secure your dates, we require a non-refundable deposit of 100 Euros (or £70 if booking in £ UK Sterling) or 10% of the booking value (whichever is the higher)
The balance should be paid in full 8 weeks before you arrive. If your reservation is within 70 days before your arrival, you will be required to pay the full amount with your reservation.
A 50 Euro/£40 Security deposit is also required to cover in the event of loss/damage/lost keys etc.
