For your holiday our two story stone and slate home is in the heart of our small village of Langoat, Brittany, France. We are set amongst fields of the 'Cotes D'Armor' along the river Jaudy. This part of Brittany is a holiday favorite and we are just minutes from a wide variety of beaches, green fields dotted with standing stones, ancient chateau and villages of stone and slate. Horseback riding, golf, swimming, walking trails and kayaking are nearby or visit the water park, Armoripark just minutes away. The house is across the street from a lovely churchyard with a bakery / patisserie, village bar, grocer and chic hair stylist down the street.

A large open salon/dining area has a native granite fireplace with massive old oak mantle and traditional Breton furnishings. Dining for 6 with Breton carved table, chairs and buffet. The country kitchen has all modern appliances, American frig/freezer. Off of the attached garage is a decked terrace with table, chairs, BBQ, a view of church clock tower, flowering trellis and stone walls.

We welcome your booking! Please call us to check that the dates you wish to book are still available.

Upon acceptance of your request, we will mark the dates as reserved. A deposit of 20% should then be made within 10 days to secure the booking. The remainder of the payment must be made no later than 8 weeks before the starting date of your holiday.

We accept payment in Euros.

The prices listed include bed linen, electricity, water, reasonable cleaning and wood for the fireplace. There are no hidden extras.

A security (breakage) deposit of £100 will be required to be paid with the final payment. This sum will be reimbursed within 2 weeks of your departure and after a satisfactory final inspection of the property.
