Notes
:
Albufeira is a "once upon a time" fishing village known for its lovely beaches, numerous shops, bars and fine restaurants. Its quaint town square is an ideal place to relax with a drink and watch the world go by. There is always something to see, whether it’s the square’s famous Charlie Chaplin statue, the Pierrots and street artists or the haunting sounds of the pan pipes. If that’s just too relaxing for you, follow the cobbled streets and search out a bargain at the local boutiques and handicraft shops. For those wanting a busy nightlife visit the new part, known locally as “the strip†with lots of bars, clubs and discos with excellent music.
