The cottage is situated in one of the longest established quarters of Coín, in the highest part of the El Rodeo development. It has a beautiful terrace with views to the mountains in the distance, a well established garden with many fruit trees and mediterranean plants. The house measures about 55 square metres and is ideal for 2-4 people; and the garden occupies another 600 square metres. There are about 100 different species of plants and trees, including orange, lemon, medlar, custard apple, avocado, fig, palm, yucca and oleander. There is a brand new public swimming pool in El Rodeo, and the beach is only 30 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the large La Trocha shopping centre is just two minutes away by car. You'll have easy parking, and the house is at street level so there are no awkward steps to negotiate.

The cottage is available for rental for a minimum of one week. Half the amount due is payable on reservation,and the remaining amount is payable one month before arrival. You will be met on your arrival at the cottage.

Coín is just half an hour from Málaga and twenty minutes from Marbella, and the drive is spectacular and traffic free compared to the coastal motorways. If you haven't been to the area recently there have been some big changes; a new bypass, a semi-pedestrianised main street, new supermarkets, and a commercial centre with multiscreen cinema and bowling alley. It's the most important of the towns of the Guadalhorce river valley, just a few kilometres inland from the Costa del Sol; the area's much sought after by Spanish residents - and increasingly by foreign visitors - because of the relative peace and tranquillity of the inland towns and the excellent road connections to the coast.
