Property rental Conditions
* Rental is from Saturday to Saturday (check-in 4 pm, check-out 11 am); however, we will make every effort to accommodate your travel needs.
* 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at time of reservation, remainder must be paid in full 1 month before rental period.
* Discounts are available for rental periods exceeding 2 weeks and substantial discounts are available for rental periods exceeding 2 months during the low to mid seasons. Please contact us for details.
* A 75 euro check-out/cleaning fee applies to each rental, and is payable at same time as rental fees.
* The villa is strictly "no smoking"; however, those wishing to may smoke on the patio.

The front patio is furnished with table & chairs and has a retractable awning. Double french doors open onto the patio from the dining room. The back patio is also furnished with table & chairs and a BBQ. There is a third lounge area in the back garden with an olive tree. Plenty of space for privacy!
