The apt is a 4 bedroom apt with 4 bathrooms too, fully furnitured and well serviced. Parking is available I have attached pictures, please note that reservation is on a first come first serve basis.

Dance/Yoga (360/sq. ft.) studio with mirrored walls + full bathroom (92/sq. ft) (by appointment only). We can make arrangements for private classes from a wide variety of New York dance and yoga instructors (Please give ample notice of dates and type of lessons requested). Four different subway lines. 10-15 min. subway ride to lower Manhattan.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
