Upstairs there is 1 king size double, 1 double, 1 twin & 1 childs single, all bedrooms have plenty of built in wardrobe space, high ceilings and large windows keeping them cool in the summer months.
A shower room with sink & walk in shower & separate WC. The house has a new gas central heating system.

There is a downstairs seperate WC and seperate large bathroom with two sinks & full size bath, the washing machine is located in the bathroom.

Tournesol Ferme is set on the edge of a peaceful hamlet called Fondouce with a bread van that delivers daily to the hamlet. Situated in a very quiet location surrounded by fields with chalk roads which link together the villages, ideal for for walks or cycle rides through the cognac vines and sunflowers.
