The Parc Haussman Apartment is located on the fourth floor, in a Secure, Private Residential Park, in the prestigious Mont-Boron area of Nice.
It is about 15 minutes walk from the Port, along the Coast road towards Monaco.
This calm, quiet, residence has Electric Gates, off-road Parking, a large Swimming pool plus shallow "toddlers" pool and extensive, beautiful gardens with exotic plants, bench seating and grassy areas to enjoy the sun.
