Spitaki is a beautifully renovated old Captain's house in the heart of a living Greek fishing village. The house is in a tranquil backstreet with its own private garden.
A car is unnecessary as everything is only 2 - 10 minutes walk away - swimming, eating, shop, chemist, health centre, cycle hire, bus stop.
Ideal for 2 people. Sleeps a maximum of 4.

Property rental Conditions
From May until October lettings are on a weekly basis only from Sunday to Sunday.
Changeover days are flexible at all other times of the year.
From November until March lettings are for a minimum of TWO weeks for TWO people only.
A deposit of £300 (sterling pounds only) is payable on booking. This deposit is held against breakages until the end of your holiday and normally returned within one week.
The rental is due in full four weeks before your date of arrival at the cottage.
Linen, towels, heating, electricity and water are all INCLUDED in the price.

The bedroom is ensuite and the area takes up the whole of the first floor space with varnished pine floors in the bedroom and marble in the bathroom. The bed is a King size (5') and has a large fan overhead in case of a heatwave.
